Be the Architect of Change
Interning at Ladli Foundation is a journey of self-discovery and social impact. We invite you to step out of your comfort zone and into the realities on the ground in India. While you will learn the technicalities of NGO operations, our true goal is to equip you with a lifetime of empathy and the pride of driving real-change.
A Global Platform for Local Impact
As a National Award-winning non-profit with Special Consultative Status with the United Nations ECOSOC, we follow the highest global standards. Every intern becomes part of a movement recognised by the UN Secretary-General for its commitment to gender equality and community health.
Our Portfolios
Grant Writing & Communication : Master the art of high-stakes advocacy. You will research and apply for grants to help sustain our strategic partnerships with global leaders. You’ll also create engaging content for fundraising campaigns and donor bulletins, ensuring the voices of the marginalised are heard.
Marketing & Collaborations : Help us scale our Social Innovations globally. You will develop offline and online strategies to expand initiatives such as the Sashakt Digital Literacy Program, which has already impacted over 28,500 girls. Leverage our UN accreditation to engage in international discussions and replicate our success across borders.
Volunteering Management : Manage a force of over 1 lakh youth interns and volunteers. You will lead the Chain of Changemakers on sustainable living through traditions like Yoga and Meditation.
Research & Project Evaluation : Dive into the Action-Research model that defines our success. You will study grassroots realities, from high-risk delinquency areas to underserved rural belts, and produce presentations for key stakeholders, including government authorities.
