Shahnawaz Shahid is a development professional with over 20 years of experience across NGOs, INGOs, and CSR institutions. He holds a Master’s in Economics, an MSW in Community Development & HRM, and a CSR certification. He has led senior roles with organizations such as BYST/CII, Sukarya, Deepalaya, UNHCR–Don Bosco, ILO, and others, with expertise in program design, community development, fundraising, CSR & ESG, government partnerships, and institutional strengthening. Currently, he serves as Director – Business Development & Partnerships at Ladli Foundation, driving strategic collaborations, resource mobilization, and large-scale social impact initiatives.

Pratik Suthar is a development professional, serves as a Sr Consultant in Ladli Foundation. Pratik earned his degree from NIT Surat before worked as a Research Associate at IIM Ahmedabad. His primary areas of interest includes Education, Sustainability and Policy. He has contributed to research projects for The Parliament of India, the Indo-German Centre for Sustainability (IIT Madras), and Cultural Agents (Harvard).

A distinguished law graduate, Mr. Rohit commands an extensive purview of litigation matters nationwide, exemplifying his comprehensive legal acumen. As a partner at a prestigious leading law firm, he is instrumental in navigating multifaceted legal scenarios. His educational journey culminated in a Master's in Corporate and Finance Law from India's preeminent university. Beyond his professional engagements, he selflessly dedicates his expertise to legal research, advisory, and court representation. With a professional background spanning 13 years, I have development expertise and specializing in skill development, STEM/ATL lab setup with implementation, and large-scale education projects. I have taken part in projects working with governmental, non-governmental, and public-private partnerships, such as Jal Jeevan Mission and Tinkering Labs, technology training . Besides being an expert in project operations, MIS, team leadership, I am determined to use technology and innovation to produce continuous effect in education and community development.

Adept at donor reporting, fund utilization , statutory compliance, and sub-award management, Neelesh has a proven track record of excellence in managing large-scale budgets and leading finance teams. Known for analytical expertise, strong leadership, and interpersonal skills, he has contributed significantly to strengthening financial systems and processes across national & international organizations.

Mr. Bishal Talukdar holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies from Ambedkar University, Delhi, and has over 06+ years of experience in the social development sector. His expertise spans project management and implementation, CSR, government liaising, advocacy, and strategic partnerships. He has led several flagship initiatives, including Mission Corona Vijay, which enabled the vaccination of 100,000 street vendors in Delhi. Following this, he secured permissions from seven District Commissioners/Civil Surgeons to operate Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) across India. As the lead for the MMU Project, he oversaw operations, compliance, and multi-stakeholder coordination, significantly strengthening access to primary healthcare for underserved communities. Mr. Talukdar has also facilitated major strategic collaborations, including partnerships with global organizations such as Google, to advance the organization’s mission. Passionate about meaningful connections, he is committed to bridging the gap between the “have-nots” and the “haves” by ensuring marginalized voices are heard and represented.

Mr. Shekhar Kumar, in the pursuit of a Masters in Social Work, concurrently serves as the Manager and Admin at Ladli Foundation. His role encompasses sterling organizational and leadership aptitude, honed through his hands-on experience in staff management and administrative oversight. Collaboratively engaging with program personnel and senior leadership, he orchestrates administrative functions to synergize with the organization's mission. Mr. Kumar's fiscal acumen is showcased through adept budgetary management and resource allocation, harmonizing cost-efficiency with the overarching strategic blueprint.

Sandeep Singh is a film professional and an alumnus of the prestigious Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute of India. Over the years, he has created impactful documentaries, short films, and fiction projects, collaborating with government bodies, private organizations, and NGOs. With a keen eye for visual storytelling and a strong sense of creative aesthetics, Sandeep blends cinematic craft with social consciousness. His work reflects both artistic vision and a deep commitment to narratives that inspire change.

Surbhi Singh, a seasoned media professional with a strong background in public relations and TV production. With a career spanning several years, Surbhi has honed her skills in crafting effective publicity strategies, managing media relations, and orchestrating successful campaigns. Raj Arya, I work as a Digital Marketing Executive at Ladli Foundation, where I manage social media, create and run paid advertising campaigns, and help the organization adopt automation tools and software for better efficiency. My role allows me to blend creativity with strategy, ensuring our message reaches and engages the right audience. Mr. Salman Shariff is a dedicated social reformer whose tireless efforts in Bengaluru are driving meaningful change at the grassroots level. With a deep-rooted commitment to nation-building, he actively works to uplift underserved communities through initiatives focused on education, health, and dignity for all. As the Bengaluru Convener of Ladli Foundation, Mr. Shariff is playing a pivotal role in advancing the organization’s mission in Karnataka. He is leading the setup of smart classrooms in government schools to promote access to quality education for marginalized children. His strategic involvement ensures high-impact implementation and community trust, while also strengthening stakeholder engagement across sectors.

Deepesh Kumar is a student-centric STEM Trainer, Robotics Educator, and Full Stack Mentor with 5+ years of experience. He specializes in robotics, Arduino, IoT, coding, and project-based learning, having trained 1350+ students and conducted 3000+ technical interviews to drive strong learner outcomes.

Nandini recently graduated from Queen Mary University of London with a Master’s degree in Public Policy. Her research interests lie in the social impact space, with a focus on social protection and skill development. She strongly believes in sustainability and inclusive development. I have one year of experience working as an HR professional, where I gained strong knowledge in human resource management and coordination. Currently, I am working as a Coordinator at Ladli Foundation, supporting organizational activities through effective coordination and management skills.

Udit Kumar Sharma is a dedicated Field Staff member of Ladli Foundation Trust. He manages and distributes essential supplies to local communities and schools. He ensures that resources reach their intended recipients efficiently and on time, supporting the smooth functioning of programs. Arush Choudhary is a dedicated fellow engaged in fieldwork and data collection for program implementation. Currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Information Technology from Gurukul Kangri University, he brings strong skills in MS Office, data entry, documentation, and digital tools, along with experience in outdoor and administrative tasks. Arush is adept at conducting field surveys, managing records, and supporting program operations. His proactive approach, community engagement, and technical proficiency make him an asset for field-based and operational roles.

Jitender Singh is a Field Team Member at Ladli Foundation Trust , He handles and delivers essential resources. He coordinates the distribution of supplies to local schools, ensures materials reach the right places, and supports smooth day-to-day operations on the ground.
