Our Infrastructure

India’s development story is often overshadowed by gaps in education, health, and sanitation infrastructure. Only 57% of schools have working computers, 54% have internet connectivity, and millions of students, particularly from low-income households, struggle to access digital learning tools. At the same time, nearly 40% of adolescent girls miss school during menstruation due to inadequate sanitation facilities, while rural communities continue to face systemic challenges in accessing safe water, hygiene, and skill development opportunities. These realities compel Ladli Foundation Trust to design and deliver transformative infrastructure solutions that directly address the barriers holding marginalized communities back.

Our infrastructure is not just about physical buildings or labs; it is about building equitable futures. From smart classrooms and digital labs in government schools to AI-integrated WaSH facilities with menstrual hygiene support, from STEM Centres fostering innovation to Institutions for Future Skilling and Learning that prepare youth for employment, every intervention is grounded in inclusivity, technology, and sustainability.

We implement these models in underserved regions such as Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and Karnataka, ensuring both rural and urban populations benefit. Each infrastructure is embedded with sustainability features solar energy, rainwater harvesting, alumni mentorship, and convergence with government schemes, making them replicable and scalable.

Ladli’s infrastructure exists because we believe that every child deserves a safe classroom, every adolescent girl & woman deserves dignity during menstruation, and every youth deserves a fair chance at meaningful work. By bridging the gaps in education, health, and livelihood systems, our infrastructure transforms challenges into opportunities for millions.
