In a collaborative effort with the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, an impactful event was launched with the purpose of educating the public about the legal rights of people with disabilities and enhancing their employability. This event included various components such as an exclusive job fair, exhibition, and talent hunt, all aimed at fostering inclusivity and empowerment.

The launch of the program was graced by esteemed dignitaries including Sh. Thawaarchand Gehlot, the Hon'ble Union Minister of Social Justice, Ms. Shakuntla Gamlin, Secretary of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, and H.E. The Ambassador of Chile. Their presence highlighted the significance and support of the government and international community towards the cause of empowering people with disabilities.

The primary objective of the program was to empower and develop individuals with disabilities. By providing them with knowledge about their legal rights, the event aimed to equip them with the necessary information to assert their rights and advocate for equal treatment and opportunities. By raising awareness among people with disabilities, the program sought to instill confidence and encourage their active participation in society

Another significant aspect of the event was to inform employers about the government incentives available for hiring individuals with disabilities. By showcasing the talents and abilities of these individuals through the job fair, exhibition, and talent hunt, the program aimed to break stereotypes and misconceptions surrounding disabilities. By connecting employers with potential employees with disabilities, the event aimed to facilitate employment opportunities and promote inclusivity in the workforce.

Furthermore, the program had a broader objective of sensitizing the general public to end discrimination against people with disabilities and foster an inclusive society.
